Viasat Cafe Pavilion

Project consisted of new ground up construction of a 7,000 SF free-standing café pavilion located in the courtyard of the ViaSat campus. The project included shell and core construction and related tenant improvements within the occupied campus. Other courtyard improvements included a sand volleyball court, outdoor seating and gathering areas, and other hardscape and landscaping.
