Project consisted of a 94,000 SF second generation tenant Improvement of private and open offices, conference rooms, break rooms, and server rooms. Work included complete fit out of shell space with selective demolition, demountable wall systems, finishes as well as complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems throughout. The work is being performed on two floors of three connected buildings that are partially occupied. Coordination required included keep existing server rooms operational during any required shutdowns or mechanical/electrical tie-ins. This fast track project had a total duration of 26 weeks including demo.
