Project consisted of a 1,875 SF schedule driven tenant improvement of nonstructural partitions, ceilings, lighting power and data for a new COVID-19 testing lab. This Design-Build of an occupied space had an emphasis on a complete new mechanical system and upgrades to electrical systems to support the lab.
