Specializing in life saving cell therapies for cancer patients, Sorrento Therapeutics chose to expand their reach in Southern California with this new office space. This project consisted of a 25,000 SF second-generation tenant improvement in a Class A office building. The scope included the demolition of the existing interior and the construction of a new lab, collaborative open concept cubicles, and private offices.
