Project consisted of construction of an 11-story, 450,000 SF Class A office facility, 6-story adjacent parking structure and the surrounding site amenities. The project is LEED Gold and includes 1 Executive floor of offices, board room, telepresence room, 7 floors of open office space, small and medium conference rooms, all staff multi-purpose room, and full amenities throughout.
