This 70,000 SF second- generation tenant improvement included upgrades to common areas on all four floors of a fully occupied high-rise Class A office building. Scope included structural upgrades, new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, new fire life safety and a FM200 equipped data center. Numerous conference rooms, creative office space with collaboration areas, open to structure ceilings and polished concrete throughout each floor plan. Project was on a fast-tracked 15 week schedule.
