Project consisted of a 13,302 SF tenant Improvement of new shell construction. Scope of work included new electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and structural infrastructure to support 2nd floor private office, exam rooms, and lab as well as 1st floor IVF lab, 2 operating rooms, and recovery station. Tenant improvement included bringing new water, gas, and electrical service to the building. Key elements of construction included technical lab build-out to support sensitive IVF activities which included HEPA, MERV and carbon filtration, humidification controls, moveable partitions installed at 1st floor conference rooms, installation of new emergency generator, ATS, UPS, equipment lift, and upgraded finishes throughout the tenant improvement. Close coordination of tenant purchased and relocated equipment required in order to ensure that infrastructure needs were satisfied.
