Renovate America

Project consisted of a 150,000 SF of tenant improvements, including a new 10,000 SF café building with full cafeteria, a 1,500 SF free-standing reception building and extensive site work. Key components included extensive use of open ceilings, a new front entrance to the building, a large multi-purpose presentation room with two modular walls, a large server room and a beautiful main lobby with polished concrete floors, stainless steel handrails and a video wall. This project achieved LEED Certification.
