This project consisted of approximately 22,210 SF of private and open offices, conference rooms, break rooms, and updated restrooms. Improvements included extensive upgraded finishes as well as mechanical, electrical, and plumbing enhancements throughout. Scope of work was performed on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors of the existing occupied building. Work required heavy coordination of rooftop unit deliveries in congested footprint.
