PMB at Sandbox

This project consisted of 10,000 SF of 1st generation Class A office space. PMB is a longtime development client and partner with whom we have constructed five ground-up projects. This project afforded us the opportunity to build out there new regional headquarters in a new mixed use development in Solana Beach. The space includes upgraded finishes throughout, collaborative areas, creative office space, specialty ceilings, all glass office fronts, operable openings at conference rooms and custom casework and feature wall components.
