Pacific Western Bank

Project consisted of the full demolition and build-out of a 1,918 SF bank branch. Scope included the construction of new offices, the installation of new millwork, the re-design of overhead mechanical, electrical, and fire suppression. Additionally, the project included the build-out of 2,746 SF of private offices on the second floor and a full 10,446 SF tenant improvement of the vacant 13th floor space.
