Project involved a 15,455 SF first generation tenant improvement with new mechanical and electrical systems. Located on the 13th floor of the Hines La Jolla Commons Tower I Class A office building, the design incorporated large open spaces with unique gathering and break out areas that included wood ceilings, open ceilings, glass walls, and garage doors, etc. The project was completed in a fully occupied building.
