LA Chargers Training Facility

Project consisted of 48,000 SF of demolition of existing improvements and construction of new player weight rooms, training rooms, coach and player meeting rooms. Installation of new therapy pools, lockers, showers and cafeteria. Scope of the 2nd floor consisted of remodeling existing offices for Chargers executives and support staff. The project also includes a complete remodel of the building lobby as well as adjacent build-out of Chargers media rooms.
