This project involved 10,030 SF of common area improvements on five floors including renovations. All work was completed during normal hours in a fully occupied building. Work was completed over a series of phases. Scope also included a full electrical service upgrade and multi metering to each floor and suite. The exterior landscape received a complete overhaul with new site furnishing a 4,000 SF patio complete with a steel trellis outfitted with WiFi.
