Jack in the Box

Project consisted of a 34,703 SF tenant improvement in an occupied Class A office building including the demolition of all flooring and approximately 15% of the wall partitions with the relocation of thermostats, plumbing and systems furniture. Scope also included the construction of 10 new private offices and 2 new mother’s rooms and well as the reconfiguration of 2 existing breakrooms, new wood ceilings with modern light fixtures, new carpet and paint and the replacement of all existing interior doors.
