iBoss Headquarters

Project consisted of a 45,000 SF second-generation tenant improvement in a Class A office building. Scope included structural upgrades allowing for two new floor openings to accommodate a 20ft slide and a second floor lobby entry. This project also included new mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems throughout the space that have been designed to be focal points. The space is completely open with warehouse themed lighting, tectum acoustical paneling, an artificial grass social area, numerous training/conference rooms, collaborative spaces and an expansive kitchen.
