Hologic Nancy Ridge

Project consisted of a 3,000 SF remodel of an existing office space including installation of new non-bearing metal stud wall, lighting, suspended ceiling and configuration of existing HVAC duct work. Additional scope included HVAC rooftop units and duct work in existing warehouse for temperature control. New pre-fab cold box and exterior backup generator were also installed.
