GSA ICE
The project involves tenant improvements to an unoccupied space on the second floor, previously used as office space. The scope includes converting the area into a functional office space for ICE staff by installing non-load-bearing walls, ceilings, doors/frames, and finishes. Additionally, new electrical power and lighting systems will be installed, alongside advanced mechanical systems and ductwork, including rooftop units with structural supports for the new equipment. The project also features the construction of a shower/locker room and a separate water heater room. On the first floor (South), we will create a secure Sallyport room with non-load-bearing walls, doors/frames, finishes, lighting, and HVAC systems. Furthermore, a new roll-up door will be installed in the existing South concrete wall to provide enhanced functionality.
