Grauer School

This project included the construction of three new 2-story classroom buildings totaling approximately 9,800 SF on an occupied campus. The scope of work also included the relocation of the portable classroom structures and their removal upon completion of construction, as well as site improvements for a small gazebo, new parking facilities, drainage facilities, landscaping and irrigation. The project earned a USGBC LEED Gold certification.
