Frontera Business Park

Project included 140,000 SF of interior work within seven (7) buildings on the property. Scope included demolition of the existing space and the construction of new demising walls, fully finished tenant build-outs, warehouses and warm shell spec spaces. Work consisted of design-build electrical and HVAC systems. The warehouses received new sealed floors and roll up doors and bumpers. The exterior of the building was repainted, foam entry and window treatments were installed. Large illuminated signage, monuments, tenant ID signs and new wayfinding signs were installed throughout the property. Existing landscaping was removed and new irrigation and planting featuring an entirely new native and low water use plant palette throughout.
