Project consisted of a two-story, first generation tilt-up building and tenant improvement. Tenant improvement consisted 39,957 SF of multi-suite medical office including: radiology, behavioral health, dental, pediatric, OB/GYN, lab, and pharmacy as well as staff and administrative support. Work was constructed in compliance with OSHPD 3 requirements.
