Project consisted of the demolition of the existing space and the construction of a new gastrointestinal clinic and surgical suite. The scope includes a combined 9,431 SF of tenant improvements in the clinical suite and adjacent surgical suites. Also included in the scope of work was the installation of emergency generators, medical gases, CT & X-ray equipment, as well as multiple exam rooms, nunrse stations and a lab area. All work was done in a busy and occupied campus.
