Project consisted of a 60,000 SF design/assist, fast tracked, second- generation tenant improvement delivered on time in 16 weeks. The creative and collaborative space focused on enhanced displays, graphic wall covering, operable partitions, all new HVAC systems and electrical infrastructure. Also included a a new server room and supporting generator, new theater room, electric car charging stations, and modern break room with roll up style garage doors leading to an outdoor patio area.
