Bressi Ranch Medical Office Building

This project consisted of ground-up construction of a 2-story, 19,776 SF medical office building and site development of a 1.94 acre parcel. Medical suite build-outs included the 2,300 SF Discovery Children’s Dentistry Office, 2,400 SF Gaspar Physical Therapy Suite, 1,500 SF Dr. Braunstein Cosmetic Dental Office, and 2,258 SF Dr. Reagan Cosmetic Surgery Center and Medical Spa. Site development included water, sewer and fire street-utility tie-ins, vehicle parking, and construction of a 270 LF retaining wall. The project also included two lunch patios, exterior sitting area and an extensive landscape package.
