Bay Club

Project consisted of over 30,000 SF of site improvements including ground up construction of four structures and a new pool. The structures included a new 5,000 SF restaurant and bar complete with full audio visual, Wi-Fi, fireplaces and fire pits, along with a separate rinse station and restroom buildings. New shade structures outfitted with speakers. A games area was also constructed including 2 bocce ball courts and a custom “Bay Club” shuffle board court. PBG and Bay Club worked collaboratively to maintain ADA access throughout construction around the multi-level property, as the majority of construction occurred at the center of the property. The multi phased project was completed while the club was completely occupied.
