This project consisted a 5,000 SF build-out of a café in an existing shell building at Ampersand in Mission Valley. The cafe included open to structure finishes, polished concrete floor, new roll up door, restroom and full kitchen. The bar was finished with tile and high-end countertops. The project also included a new gym and locker rooms.
