Project consisted of a 16,914 SF second generation tenant improvement of 2 floors in an existing occupied class A office building. Project also included the relocation of existing stairs, open to structure work space with private offices surrounding the exterior of the building, collaborative break and lounge areas including full window benches, bleachers and a 100+ person auditorium. The entire 5th floor contained epoxy micro-topping flooring open to structure design and arcade area.
