California Western School of Law Historic Renovaton

This project involved patching, repairing and painting of decorative elements on the façade of the entire exterior of a 82,150 SF historical law school. The scope also included replacement of exterior windows and lighting, as well as structural crack repair of concrete. The work required scaffolding around the perimeter of building and constant maintenance of pedestrian walkways. The building is designated as a historic landmark.
