This 78,750 SF tenant improvement consisted of a new overhead 8 ton crane system, epoxy floor system, 2,300 SF mezzanine, installation and coordination of specialized booths and infrastructure used in General Atomics’ manufacturing process. including but not limited to specialized dust control, vacuum and compressed air systems. The manufacturing floor also included construction of 900 linear feet of specialized trench system to house all necessary infrastructure with specialty trench plate system capable of supporting up to 12 tons. All work and utility tie-ins were coordinated with a highly secured, occupied manufacturing floor adjacent to the work area without disrupting General Atomics’ workflow.
