110 Plaza – Second Floor Amenities
Project consisted a tenant improvement in a existing, occupied, Class A, office building including minor demolition of existing corridors, new locker rooms, new restrooms, kitchen area, conference room with new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. Scope also included new roof-deck amenities of the existing 18-story office building with new stairway from roof-deck to street level.
