This project consisted of a 13,000 SF first-generation tenant improvement in an occupied class A 3-story building. Project included new private offices with full lite glass doors, new conference rooms with herculite entry doors, wall tile at kitchen backsplash, solid surface countertops at new millwork, glass roll up door at existing patio and sealed concrete throughout open area.
