The Park – San Diego Tech Center

The Park redevelopment turned an existing 7 acre park in the middle of the commercial business park campus into an innovative and enjoyable workplace with an outdoor basketball court, sand volleyball court, sports field, bocce ball courts, fire pits, BBQs and a great lawn and event stage to complement the new boardwalk, pathways and landscaping throughout. A key challenge that we overcame was the full demolition of existing landscape, hardscape and structures, followed by the build-back, all in a busy and fully occupied business park. During construction a premium was placed on safety, noise mitigation and protecting and avoided disruption of existing infrastructure critical to onsite operating businesses.
