Kilroy Leasing Office

Project consisted of a 10,000 SF commercial office tenant improvement of an existing 2nd floor office space in an occupied building. Work was completed for Kilroy Realty Corporations’ new San Diego Leasing Office. Scope of work included demolition, new drywall partitions, MEP systems, and modern finishes throughout. A unique ‘origami’ ceiling was constructed and suspended above the reception area in an open ceiling design.
