Pearl Mini IVF

Project consisted of a second generation tenant improvement of a 4,675 SF dense medical suite specializing in fertility treatment in a class A office building. Build included unique upgraded HVAC requirements, including custom AEON handing unit with condenser, carbon filters, along with supply and return air valves. Project also included emergency generator, automatic transfer switch (ATS) and uninterrupted power source (UPS). Other elements include relocated storefront doors, extensive casework, nurse call, door operators, BMS coordinator and HVAC commissioning.
