Project included a 33,668 SF tenant improvement with a 10,405 SF warehouse featuring five conference rooms, two coffee bars, break room, new restrooms, new grand staircase, and a two-story walk-in cold room. High end finishes included a combination of open to structure and upgraded acoustical ceilings. All new HVAC and electrical systems, infrastructure and emergency generator. Integration of audio/visual and tele/data cabling with electrical as the highly technical conference rooms and work stations were a key component.
