Project consisted of preconstruction and construction services for this complex renovation project. The building renovation included a complete lobby and entry remodel using updated high-end finishes (travertine, solid wood flooring, etc.) remodeled restrooms, re-glazing existing skylights with modern materials. Scope included new aluminum clad canopy wrapping around two elevations of the building bringing a modern touch to a classic building. Project also included the installation of a Nanawall operable window wall system which will be used to access the new exterior patio. ACE Parking Tenant Improvement included a 4,600 SF renovation of existing basement level suite and new tenant improvement. Scope included private offices with exposed structure ceiling concept within the large open office space, luxury vinyl tile flooring, LED lighting and modern breakroom with finishes. Carling Communications Tenant Improvement included a 16,000 SF renovation of the existing lobby level suite and new tenant improvement. Scope included private offices with painted open ceiling concept within the large open office spaces, new pantry/lounge area, state of the art conference rooms, LED lighting and a reception area with unique structural steel partition feature.
