Project consisted of first-generation tenant improvement within a Class A office building. Improvements included a mix of spec suites, new partitions and ceilings, modifications to the existing MEP systems, and full infrastructure improvements for the 2nd floor. Project included open office space and private offices, break rooms, and specialty AV equipped conference rooms as well as the “feature” wall construction.
