Project consisted of the complete retrofit of a 2-story, 16,855 SF corporate headquarters for Nautilus Environmental, a local firm specializing in environmental toxicology, chemistry, biology and ecology. Scope of work included the complete demolition of the existing commercial office space, and the build out of 22-foot open ceiling toxicology laboratories and single-pass air clean micro-biology facilities, cold rooms, environmental chambers, lobby, restrooms, new mezzanine, offices, exterior hardscape with dog friendly space and community kitchen garden.
