To support their continued growth, this multi-phased (6-phase) remodel of the 2-story building totaled over 230,000 SF in which Callaway consolidated multiple buildings into one HQ. The building was occupied and remained in operation during the complete overhaul. The interior components included all new offices, executive suites, collaboration areas, cafeteria, gym, labs and a corporate store. Structural upgrades, mezzanine additions, roof repairs, a new 87,000 SF parking structure and all new exterior landscape and façade upgrades were also part of this landmark project for Callaway.
