eMoney

Project consisted of a 11, 312 SF tenant improvement completed on the 5th floor of a Class A occupied building. Scope of work included lobby, office space, conference room, training rooms, break areas, demountable walls and furniture coordination. Communication with the client located on the East Coast, and coordination of tenant vendors were key elements to project success, in particular with the A/V and IT requirements. The project was coordinated as MEP Design/Build.
