Project consisted of a 71,000 SF tenant improvement in an occupied building. Scope included an open creative space floor plan with numerous collaboration areas such as; conference rooms, labs, training rooms, quiet rooms, private offices and break areas. Other components included demo of existing heavy labs, new industrial style work/machine room, all new MEP infrastructure and controls and new restrooms. The construction took place in an occupied building and active campus. Acute attention to safety and site logistics combined with schedule flexibility allowed us to successfully execute the project.
