GM Business Interiors

Project consisted of a second-generation tenant improvement of 4,102 SF of existing first floor showroom and office space and 4,227 SF of the second floor in an occupied Class A office building. Scope included the installation of new framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, lighting, DIRTT walls and millwork. Also included were new structural steel and wood cladded floating stairs with steel handrail, connecting the first and second floor spaces.
