110 Plaza – Second Floor Amenities
Project consisted of 4,870 SF of minor demolition of existing corridors, four new shower rooms, new restrooms, kitchen area, conference room, new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. Scope also included new roof deck amenities and new stairway from roof deck to street level.
