This project consisted of a 8,500 SF first-generation tenant improvement at One Paseo. Scope of work included large format tile backsplashes at various millwork locations, large and medium sized conference rooms, private and shared offices with swing doors and sidelites. Open to structure ceilings in common areas and t-bar ceilings in private offices and conference rooms. Sealed concrete flooring at common area walkways and carpet at offices and conference rooms.
