Kilpatrick Townsend
Project consisted of a 8,500 SF second generation tenant improvement in an existing and occupied Class A office building. Elements included glass office fronts with upgraded finishes throughout, including but not limited to ceilings, flooring, casework and lighting. One of the more significant challenges of this buildout was that all work was completed during off hours. Further, logistics were key to this as to not disrupt neighboring tenants.
